Palace of the Mediterranean is the flagship property of seven exclusive villas at Sea Pearl, a luxury residential complex in Ayia Napa, just 50 metres from the sea. Situated right on the seafront, this modern 5-bedroom villa boasts uninterrupted 180-degree views of the Mediterranean. A path just outside the villa leads directly to a sandy section of the beach.
A refundable security deposit of €2,000 per stay is required. Cash is not accepted.

Prices are based on the number of guests staying at the property.
For bookings of more than 10 guests, extra beds and towel sets are provided to ensure everyone is accommodated comfortably. Please select the exact number of guests to ensure beds are available.
A set of hand towels, body towels and beach towels are provided for each declared guest.
Cyprus uses a type G plug, which is the same as UK sockets. We recommend that you bring a plug adapter if you are not from the UK.
The guest is responsible for requesting their preferred bedding arrangement in advance. If the guest prefers a double bed or two single beds, they must make this request prior to arrival.
